Our personnel monitor, review, analyze, and evaluate our clients’ matters regularly. If, in our judgment, a property is over-assessed, unequally assessed, or illegally assessed, we will fight vigorously to see that the issue is resolved to both our and our client’s satisfaction.
Once a client retains our firm, we do all the work – – from analyzing the case to filing the papers to making the necessary appearances.
Our legal fee is a strict contingency fee arrangement, which means that we bill only if we achieve an assessment reduction, and only after the client has received a tax refund or a reduced property tax bill.
Finally, because our practice is so specialized, many attorneys, brokers, appraisers, business owners, and developers refer matters and clients to us, because of our expertise and success, or because they may also have a conflict of interest.
